- Deliver quotes and guide customers through the insurance application process, including health and lifestyle assessments.
- Address concerns, educate customers, and empower them to make informed decisions.
Requirements
- Experience in a phone-based sales role or a target-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to understand and address customer needs.
